Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in spaces where you feel safe enough to be seen, supported enough to soften, and empowered enough to reconnect with yourself.
I work with women navigating two often-overlapping experiences: the exhaustion of perfectionism and burnout, and the complex emotional terrain of hormones, fertility, and the reproductive cycle. Many women find these are more connected than they expected.
Individual Psychotherapy
This is a space just for you — collaborative, paced to your nervous system, and deeply attuned to your story.
You might come to therapy feeling burned out and disconnected from your own creativity. Or navigating hormonal shifts, PMDD, or a fertility journey that feels heavier than expected. Often, it's both.
Together, we can:
-
Build emotional regulation and nervous system safety
-
Untangle perfectionism, burnout, and the inner critic
-
Process anxiety, grief, or identity shifts
-
Reconnect with your body, your creativity, and your cycle as sources of insight
I integrate talk therapy with somatic practices, cycle awareness, and art therapy when it feels supportive — no artistic experience needed.
Group Psychotherapy (coming soon!)
There is something powerful about healing in community — the reminder that you're not alone in what you're carrying.
Groups may focus on burnout and perfectionism recovery, fertility and reproductive mental health, or reconnecting with your body through creative and somatic work. Each group blends discussion, somatic practice, and art-based exploration.
This is a place where you don't have to explain yourself. You can just be.
Workshops (held periodically)
Shorter, focused, and experiential — a great entry point if you're curious about this work.
Past and future topics include menstrual cycle education, nervous system regulation, creative self-exploration through art therapy, and collaborative offerings with other wellness providers.
Not sure where to start?
You don't have to have it all figured out. Whether you're drawn to individual work or just curious what support might look like, we can start with a conversation.
