How do I schedule my first appointment?

You can easily book a consultation through our website link above, emailing us at info@creativesoulscounseling.com, or calling us directly.  We’re here to help you find the right path.

What should I expect during the initial appointment?

It’s a gentle space for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and ensure you feel comfortable with our clinical approach.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept Capital Health Plan (CHP) and United Healthcare.

Are there virtual options available for sessions?

Yes, we offer secure telehealth services to provide flexibility and support from the comfort of your own home.

What is your policy regarding appointment cancellations?

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to allow us to offer that time to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in an $80 cancellation fee. No shows are responsible for the full session fee of $120. 

Do I have to make art?

No! There is never any pressure to engage in art-making, and you get to determine if that is a part of your treatment.  Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions may be solely talk therapy or a combination with Art Therapy.
